Ana Cecilia Delgado – Master Mind
Mrs. Delgado has over 30 years experience in management and technology consulting. She worked for the Puerto Rico Telephone Company and Tel Plus Puerto Rico, a Siemens Company, where she served in a number of executive management positions, including the responsibility to manage the Caribbean and Latin America markets. In 1991, Mrs. Delgado founded Enhanced Communications Group as a result of the buyout of certain Tel Plus Puerto Rico’s company assets. She has extensive experience in strategic initiatives and operational responsibilities grounded in information technology and performance management.
Mrs. Delgado currently leads The Lean IT Group, a young company formed to help companies set the groundwork for success by having in place the right processes, persons and technology. She is certified as ITIL® Expert and accredited as APMG Trainer for all ITIL® Courses. She also holds the following recognized certifications: ISO/IEC Consultant Manager, Business Process Professional, Microsoft Certified Trainer, CobIT® Trainer and Cloud Computing Foundation. She is the Master Mind behind the 3-step system of ALIGNWISE™ and ITILWISE™ as well as the LeanCS® Step System.
Mrs. Delgado has been awarded as Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young and recognized as Woman of the Year and Member of the Siemens’ Circle of Excellence among others.
Frank Nieves – Strategy WiseMind
Mr. Frank Nieves has over 30 years in the management and marketing fields. He served as Telecommunications Engineer for Siemens, Northern Telecom and PR Telephone Company. In 1996, he founded Teldar Telecommunications serving the South Florida’s business community with a coveted customer base of more than 500 clients. He is the WiseMind behind our corporate strategy for expansion in new markets.
Mr. Nieves is the President of the Puerto Rican Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Broward County and the Puerto Rico Fiestas Patronales & Biz Expo™. The last is the largest Hispanic Event in Broward County that earned a Guinness World Record in 2010. Governor Charlie Crist proclaimed October as The Spanish Discovery of Puerto Rico Month and publicly recognized Mr. Nieves for his hard work and perseverance.
Mr. Nieves is co-founder of My First Horizon, a Hollywood not-for-profit organization, dedicated to providing quality residential placement and advocating safety, dignity, independence and civil rights for individuals with developmental disabilities.
